METHODOLOGY
The purpose of the first session is to know each other. I will tell you how I work, so you can decide whether the way I work appeals to you or not. Focus of the first session is to describe the problem and find out if you feel comfortable with me. The subsequent steps are agreed.
CONDITIONS
Costs
I participate in the prescription Model. This means that a part oft he costs from the therapy is covered by basic Health Insurance.
For psychological problems resulting from accidents, accident insurance will cover the costs of psychotherapy upon request.
For psychological problems resulting from physical or psychological violence, you can submit an application for cost sharing for psychotherapy to your regional victim support center (www.opferhilfe-beiderbasel.ch).
Postponements
If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I will have to charge you for the missed session.
Professional discretion
All the information will be treated as strictly confidential and underlies the professional discretion.
